I’ve been debating what to write about this week. I’ve been away for the last two weeks with no blog posts. I was on an amazing adventure in Africa, seeing the animals in their natural habitat. We saw elephants, zebras, giraffes, lions, cheetahs and gazelles to name a few.
These animals were totally unfazed by us humans in our vehicles staring at them, taking pictures. They didn’t care what color we were, where we were from, what gender we were or who we loved. And we humans were fascinated by them, not caring about anything but their intuitive nature.
It struck me how natural and nonjudgmental it all was. They were being them and we were being us. Wouldn’t it be wonderful if we humans could respect other humans the way we do the animals in the wild?
