We’ve heard that a lot. It usually refers to same-sex couple and in this story, it kind of does too. Because love is love whether it’s between adults or an adult and a child.

Gay dads Rob and Reece Scheer from Darnestown, Maryland have adopted four children out of the foster care system. They wanted a family and thought they’d adopt one kid. The kid came with a sibling! They couldn’t separate them so they adopted them both. Then they found out about two other children who needed a home and took them in too.

And not only that, they have started a project to provide foster children with a permanent case to carry their things so they don’t have to carry them in garbage bags. You can learn more about Comfort Cases HERE.
